Inspect Fabric Before Cutting or Stitching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because our products are sold as fabrics, customers are strongly advised to <strong>inspect the fabric immediately after delivery and before cutting, stitching, washing, dyeing, or otherwise modifying it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once fabric has been cut or modified, it cannot generally be returned because it is no longer in its original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Damaged, Wet or Defective Fabric<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a product that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wet or moisture-damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Torn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrectly delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significantly different from the product ordered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">please contact us <strong>within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please provide your <strong>order number along with clear photographs and\/or videos<\/strong> showing the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After verification, if the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, we will arrange a <strong>replacement with new fabric<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Replacement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an eligible damaged or defective product, we will replace the affected fabric with new fabric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the exact product is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative or, where applicable, a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The replacement process may require the original product to be returned and inspected before the replacement is dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
